Our service offers monthly subscriptions which provide credits (Vidacoins) to be used for generating videos. Each video generation costs a certain amount of Vidacoins depending on the features used.
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for our services. Any change in pricing will be communicated to our users one month in advance. Once notified, the new rates will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the end of the notice period. This ensures that users have sufficient time to make informed decisions regarding their subscription.
All videos generated on our platform by our artificial intelligence technology are the property of the user. Users retain ownership of the videos and are free to share, distribute, or commercially exploit their generated content as they see fit.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content and reserve the right to immediately terminate access to our services, without prior notice, for users who engage in these prohibited activities. Additionally, we may report serious violations to relevant authorities when required by law.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Vidalgo makes no guarantees that our products or services will meet your expectations. The use of our services is at your own risk, and all content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Vidalgo will not be responsible for any potential financial losses incurred during periods when the service is interrupted for maintenance or due to technical problems beyond our control.
While we strive to maintain a high level of availability and reliability for our services, interruptions can occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside of our control. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Vidalgo shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage, including potential loss of revenue or business opportunities, resulting from any temporary interruption of our services.
Vidacoins, which are the credits used for video generation within Vidalgo, expire at the end of each subscription period. Upon each renewal of the subscription, the balance of Vidacoins is reset to zero, regardless of the number of unused credits. New Vidacoins are then allocated based on the terms of your subscription plan.
Users should ensure they use their Vidacoins before the end of each subscription period, as unused credits do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@vidalgo.tech. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining Vidacoins will be forfeited.
Our Service may use third-party services for various functionalities, including but not limited to payment processing, AI generation, and analytics. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
